About Isaiah
Isaiah Jemade is a food content creator from Delta State, Nigeria. He started cooking at age 12.
His interest in cooking grew through watching cooking videos and learning from the people and creators around him. His mum was a baker, and when she gave him her phone, he would spend time watching recipe videos.
One of the creators who especially inspired him was Winifred Nwania, the creator behind Zeelicious Foods.
He kept watching cooking videos, learning recipes and becoming more interested in cooking.
One day, he filmed himself cooking simply because he was bored. He showed the video to his mum, and she suggested that he create a food page.
That small idea eventually became Isaiah Can Cook.
Today, Isaiah creates short-form cooking videos, shares recipes and continues learning through cooking and creating.
Why I Cook
Isaiah cooks because he genuinely enjoys it. Cooking gives him a way to create, experiment and express himself. Food is also one of the ways he shows love and brings people together.
